Thank you for choosing TCM Herbalway Inc. for your purchase. We are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience. Below are our shipping terms for your reference:
Order Processing and Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt on business days.

For orders placed before 8:00 AM (PST) on business days, processing may begin the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and holidays, are typically processed on the next business day.

We currently ship only within the United States, including Puerto Rico. Shipping to certain island regions outside Puerto Rico is temporarily unavailable.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at info@tcmherbalway.com within 15 hours of placing your order.
Note: Processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, inventory checks, severe weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We primarily ship orders via UPS and USPS using the following shipping services:
- UPS Ground
- USPS Ground Saver
Estimated Shipping Times
- California: 1–3 business days.
- East Coast: 2–6 business days.
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and weather conditions, carrier operations, and other unforeseen delays. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Packaging Information
- For Ginger Candy Orders: We typically use padded envelopes for packaging and shipping.
- For Non-Ginger Candy Orders: We usually pack and ship orders in cardboard boxes to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping Cost and Free Shipping
Shipping rates are determined based on package weight.
Most lightweight orders qualify for free standard shipping.
Damaged Package Policy
If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged items and packaging, and contact us immediately. We will verify the damage and proceed with a suitable resolution (refund or replacement).

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the shipment is processed.
